hi all,

so we are on for noon pacific time / 3pm eastern! below is is a
preliminary agenda and workplan, which contains some links that you
might want to check out in advance. So far we are expecting Diakonda,
Jeaneatte and I, and Sayrah can be somewhat available. Your feedback and
thoughts on this are welcome.

PLAN:
Plan A will be to have a "chat" while we are at the computer with the
web pages noted below pulled up. Plan B will be to call into our normal
conference call number, instead of a chat, while being at your computer.
I will do my best to get the chat set up between now and 3 or else we'll
do Plan B. The conference call number is 712 432-0600 access code: 361796

AGENDA:

(1) Review of what happened & what needs to be done to get us all on the
same page. If you have time, you could re-read this trouble ticket

(2) Everyone logs on and post "test stories" under their byline -- we
might have to troubleshoot to get everyone their passwords and make sure
everyone has the proper permissions. Here are the active users right now:

(4) Reconstruct the categories -- we may not be able to do this fully
because it may involve configuration issues. If this is the case we will
identify these dilemmas as we go. Categories from last time (as best as

(5) Reconstruct the stories -- we will have to decide on who will focus
on what so we don't all do the same thing. Diakonda and Amy will be the
main folks doing this. The simplest option is that one of us will start
from the earliest date and the other from the latest date and we'll work
toward each other.
